All at Kilmaine GAA would like to wish the best of luck to Kingdom Kerry Gaels in London with their Golf Day Fundraiser on the 12th of May!!🎉
Kingdom Kerry Gaels are celebrating a milestone 60th consecutive year of being a Senior Club in London, a fantastic achievement, and are using this occasion to honour the memory of the deceased members who have played a part on their club by dedicating a hole to them.
Among those being honoured is a very familiar name around Kilmaine GAA and the overall community, our own clubman Padraig O’Dea. Padraig played for Kilmaine for many years and was a well respected and popular figure within the club.
Padraig moved to London in 2013 and shortly thereafter joined Kingdom Kerry Gaels where he was also described as an ‘immensely popular’ figure within the group. That same year, Padraig helped the team win the clubs last London Senior Championship.
All here at Kilmaine GAA and indeed the wider community would like to thank Kingdom Kerry Gaels in honouring Padraig and wish them the best of luck on the 12th of May and also with the rest of their season!!!
